What is the name of the spray that you used for bordella disease? I have been fighting this for over two years and spent most of my retirement money trying to find a cure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have had crawling and itching sensation all over my scalp for about a year and a half. I have tried tar shampoo, hundreds of dollars in prescriptions and a few hundred more on over the counter medicines which did not help. I have done some research and discovered that dogs and cats get itching and crawling sensations as well and that they have Bordella disease which i probably caught from my four year old cat. I went to the pet shop and paid forty five dollars for a spray that kills parasites in dogs and cats. I sprayed my entire scalp without washing it off for a night. I also sprayed all over my body. I sprayed my four year cat also. So far i have no itching crawling sensation. I also plan on getting an antibiotic shot for lyme disease just to be on ghe safe side but so far everything seems fine.
Check your sugar levels to make sure they are at a good level.
Don't use normal soap as this dries the skin and can make it feel much worse.
You can buy emollients from the pharmacy that are moisturising to use instead of soap. Ask the pharmacist for any antifungal creams that you can apply to the scalp.
Virgin coconut oil is antifungal and antibacterial, so you could try applying that to your scalp, letting the oil soak in before washing.
You can also apply the oil to your skin..
You may have a fungal infection. The doctor can take a skin swab to send to the laboratory for analysis. You may need treatment with antifungal medications (capsules to be taken by mouth).
