Could my arm be dying/becoming useless?

So about six days ago I began feeling numb in my right hand and throughout that day the numbness spread to my entire arm. By the next day my arm was still numb and I had developed a splitting migraine. I went to see a doctor who did some tests on my arm and gave me pain killers for the migraine. The headache is gone but my arm is still numb. Last night I began to feel pain in my arm muscles when I use my arm. Today the pain in my muscles is worse. Not only that but my right hand is icy cold compared to my left and it's much weaker. I have to type and text and do most things with my left arm now.

I don't understand what's happening? I woke up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom the night before last and I had unknowingly slept on my right arm and it had become completely numb I couldn't feel it at all nor use it

Please help

Hello~You need to see a chiropractor ASAP, you have pinched nerves in your upper back and these are causing the numbness and headaches. He/she will take some x-rays and then adjust you accordingly, after a few treatments you should start to feel a lot better.
