Why do i get these awefull cramps at night its in my calfs. I eat a banana everyday they say it would help but it doesnt sometime is the one leg or both at the same time

you're right, calcium helps with muscle contraction problems.

I had the worst calf cramping due to magnesium deficiency. Calcium deficiency can cause this as well.
