Broken Knuckle?

I was playing xbox and I have anger issues so I got mad at my xbox walked into my kitchen and repeatedly punched my fridge at the most 10 times what should I do


This discussion is related to possible broken knuckle.

I agree with what Millard has said to you.

The other thing to do is to apply a cold compress to the hand and keep it elevated and supported.

Applying lots of natural set yogurt will help to bring down any inflammation.  Bandage your hand for support and elevate it and do not use it until it has healed.  

The x-ray will show whether you have broken any bones and will advise you what needs to be done if that is the case.

You may also benefit from anger management classes to control your anger issues.  Speak with your doctor to see if he can refer you to any if you have that in your area.

Without wanting to offend, "Grow Up!"  Toss out the X-Box, go to the gym and take out your frustrations there...and get healthy as a side affect.
