Cure in Indian lockdown?

I have a 75 year old grandfather who is very sick for about 1 month. He is unable to stand up, or sit for long, and also frequently unable to tell us when nature calls him(which is approximately 5-6 times or more per day), and thus spoils his clothes and room. In this lockdown we are unable to find hospitals to treat him. Thus we are bound to do the cleaning ourselves. But we're currently unable to continue the cleaning as we have become sick for this hard labour, and also, my mother is sufering from depression due to his deteriorating health. She cries very often and blames herself for all this. Please suggest us what to do ASAP.

Oh my goodness. That's terrible.  So, he is having bowel movements daily approximately 5 to 6 times a day?  That's a lot!  Are they diarrhea?  This has been going on for how long?  Why can't he stand?  Is he too weak? Has cramps?  What is preventing him from standing?  And at some point, a person can be so sick that a hospital will HAVE to see them.  Make sure he is well hydrated.  You can become dehydrated from long bouts of diarrhea. But I worry that he may have something that he needs an antibiotic for.  Are any doctors practicing telemedicine where you are?  They could treat him either over the phone or virtually over the computer?
