Discomfort in abdomen, rectum and groin help would be greatly appreciated?

Hello everyone thank you for reading my question, i have been having a few symptoms which i think could be a bigger problem i've been to the doctor in the past experiencing these problems but haven't really gotten anywhere. So i feel reluctant to go again for the same problems as he's given me some form of treatment for them in the past, but nothing has really worked.

So my symptoms are

Testiculer discomfort in the groin area can feel pressure
Haemorrhoids/Piles (Heavy feeling)
Discomfort in lower abdomen feel bloated all the time/pressure sensation
(I haven't found any lumps or bumps when i touch my stomach)
Struggle eating large amount of food as it ends up with a chronic cough
(Coughing when eating/ sometimes nausea) excess saliva in the mouth and lump in the throat
(Constantly having to clear my throat by coughing)
Fast Bowel Movement 5 minute after eating or while eating food

Any Ideas on what condition these symptoms could be would be greatly appreciated thankyou you!

It sounds to me as though you need to see a Gastroenterologist who specializes in stomach and bowel disorders.  Since you are of age, and don't require your parents permission to do anything, I'd check to see if your insurance company requires prior authorization for you to see specialists.  If they do, demand that your primary care physician submit that information to the insurance company.  They will want to see you again first, but you have to follow the steps for it to occur.  There are several issues that could possibly be the case here, some of which of constipation, allergies to foods/surroundings, dumping syndrome, tortuous bowels.

Please call your insurance company asap to get the ball rolling.  If no referral is required, then make the appointment with a GI (gastrointestinal) MD ASAP!
