Dizziness, Fast Heartbeat, Headaches

Hi my name is Erik and I am posting in regards for my girlfriend. I appreciate your time reading this.

Her history is as follows. She has ADHD and bad cardio. Her heart is always fast even during rest state. She has felt constricted airways ever since sniffing a mold (don't ask). She was diagnosed and prescribed for this but never cured. About six weeks ago around her period she experienced extreme dizziness. I understand that this could have to do with lack of iron in the blood which was only worsened as she lost blood. However, it never happened for her before. For the past week she has felt like crap. She has had headaches and pressure in her head/eyes.

I honestly think it's just possibly low or high blood pressure along with poor diet/exercise. She thinks it's something serious. Any helpful information/suggestions until she can get a doctor's diagnosis?

Thanks,
Erik

And to elaborate more on her airways: she says they feel stuffy but nothing ever comes out. She has had it for years.
