Dizziness, fatigue, hot flashes

I have been feeling very fatigue ATM, I know I have a physical job but have never felt physically tiered like this all the time. Since December 2013 at least once a week I have been experiencing hot sweats with dizziness, I find if I take some clothing off and sit/lie down after about 15mins - 30mis the symptoms pass but if I try and push myself to carry on with what I'm doing I then get ringing in the ears, blurred vision and eventually black out which has happened twice. I can't seem to find a pattern to when this happens as comes out of the blue. Does anyone know what this could be?

Girl, you're too young to have hot flashes!  You might need to see a gyn to see if your ovaries are okay.   Sounds like hormones are out of whack.

Good for you.   I have been reading/hearing so much about Aspartame lately that I am frankly scared of it.

A slow thyroid can cause fatigue, but so can Fibromyalgia and a tumor on the Parathyroid.   Did your blood work show a deficiency of D3 or B 12?   Both of these vitamins are needed for  good health.

The fact that you are fainting leads one to believe there is a vascular problem.   You might have low blood pressure.
Please let us know what the doctor says...

If you drink diet sodas, STOP.  They contain Aspartame.  If you chew gum STOP!  They contain Aspartame - except for Bubble yum.

Just a guess. Have you been checked for diabetes?  Those are some of the symptoms I experience when my blood glucose is low...

Good luck.
