Turns out I have glandular fever and vitamin d of 18 tho doc doesn't think this is all that's causing me to feel the way I do as been feeling like this since december
Just had blood results back and all I know is that all have come back normal except vitamin D and my full blood count and got another appointment on Monday to find out more
Thanks for the tips, went to doctor yesterday and said isn't any obvious things he can think of because doesn't follow a pattern and from the hot sweats I have with it so I am having fasting blood tests to see if any of the wiser
Good for you. I have been reading/hearing so much about Aspartame lately that I am frankly scared of it.
A slow thyroid can cause fatigue, but so can Fibromyalgia and a tumor on the Parathyroid. Did your blood work show a deficiency of D3 or B 12? Both of these vitamins are needed for good health.
The fact that you are fainting leads one to believe there is a vascular problem. You might have low blood pressure.
Please let us know what the doctor says...
I don't have any of that anyway :/
If you drink diet sodas, STOP. They contain Aspartame. If you chew gum STOP! They contain Aspartame - except for Bubble yum.
I had blood tests years ago but I didnt have to fast for them.
Just a guess. Have you been checked for diabetes? Those are some of the symptoms I experience when my blood glucose is low...
Good luck.
