Dizziness, vertigo, strange sensations and head pain

I started getting dizziness about 4 months ago, would have to hold on to the shopping cart when grocery shopping with my boyfriend, then noticed sometimes while sitting or standing I would feel like thins around me we’re moving. From there it just got worse... extreme dizziness constantly, couldn’t drive, barely get out of bed.
I went to doctors after looking online thinking it was labrynthitis or another middle ear infection. Doctors brushed this thougg off and were worried about my high heart rate.
From there my symptoms got worse,
I started to experience “icepick” like headaches with sharp pains, as well as terrible migraines, hot spot sensations on body, pins and needles sensation, sharp pains in my neck, extreme brain fog, stomach pains.
I would say the most concerning is the brain fog and dizziness, most days I have trouble working at all or functioning in general.
Very clumsy.
Does anyone have these same symptoms or any idea of what it could be?
No doctors have figured it out, was referred to neurologist but haven’t made it in yet.
Have NOT had an MRI

I did have some of your symptoms due to vitamin B12 malabsorption. Vitamin B12 is essential to maintain the myelin shealth around the nerves. I had symptoms from severe brain fog to clumsiness to pins and needles. So your symptoms point to a neurological condition. MS was my first thought - MS attacks the myelin sheath.

Look into:
1. Vestibular Disorders.
Your symptoms are consistent with such disorders.
Some of the Vestibular Disorders are:
Vertigo, dizziness, fatigue, unsteadiness, brain fog” nausea/vomiting, oscillopsia, hearing loss, and ringing in tinnitus.
Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy and some low impact exercises like Tai Chi, Chi Gong and Yoga are worth checking out for potentially significant improvement..

2.This was copied from a recent post of mine, which might be of interest to you as well.
Benign Positional Paroxysmal  Vertigo ( BPPV).
You could have a variant of BPPV, which is a condition where calcium crystals in the inner ear (they help
with balance and motion sensing and are regulated by vitamin D).are displaced.
This condition gets progressively worse as the the suspected deficiency remains unaddressed.
So I suggest:

A..Have your vitamin D levels checked and if not high, take supplemental D3
Normal levels or low levels may be inadequate, if you have any form of vitamin D resistance (obesity, low fat intake or low fat absorption, high cortisol, low cholesterol,
vitamin D receptor polymorphism )

B. Do take Vitamin K2, vit. A and Magnesium along with
vitamin D3, in addition to taking it with a meal containing healthy fats.
Therapeutic dose would be 5000-1000 IU daily.
There's usually no Vit.D toxicity issue, if taken as suggested above.

It might take quite some time to show results so please exercise patience.

Personally, I would just do a trial of Vitamin D3  starting immediately (along with all the other synergistic supplements) before waiting for any tests.

I hope this helps, however, my comments are intended only for information purposes and not as a substitute for
medical advice.

Best wishes,
Niko

I meant to say some of the Vestibular Disorders   symptoms are....
The word "symptoms' was missing in my original post.
Sorry for the confusion.

Hello~I truly, truly believe that what is wrong is you have vertebrae in your neck and upper back out of alignment and pinched nerves in that area as well, if this is the case, you most certainly will be having all the symptoms you described.

I highly recommend seeing a chiropractor, he/she will take some x-rays, this will show where the trouble is originating from, a few treatments and you should be feeling lots better.

Hope you feel better soon. God bless you.
