Dizzy with Ear & Jaw Pain. Trouble finding answers.

For about 3 weeks I have been dizzy with moments of vertigo (I don't ever feel like I need to sit down, but it's just a sensation that washes over me).

Most recently I noticed that my left ear has off & on moments of intense pain, ringing, whoosing sound, and popping. I also get temporal pain and pain in my jaw (around the TMJ joint). I've also been experiencing pressure in between my eyes (above my nose)

I've already gone to my GP and she said that my outer and middle ear was fine and that she didn't really feel or see anything wrong. I also went to my eye doctor who also said that she did not find anything out of the ordinary. Both recommend that I visit a ENT doctor to see if they could solve the mystery, but I'm wondering if anyone else has had something similar and what I could maybe expect when I do see this new doctor?

You may have an inner ear infection.  The inner ear is the mechanism that controls our sense of balance.  Sometimes a doctor will prescribe medication similar to that for motion sickness.

As you have experienced intense pain, ringing, whoosing sound, and popping in your ear as well as the pressure in between your eyes (this is likely to be blocked sinuses), appears that your have a build up of mucus congestion.   When the Eustachian Tube gets blocked this can put pressure on the inside of the ear drum causing pain.

The pain in the jaw could be from a virus (the same one that is causing your other problems) or from a bad tooth.

To help to decongest your sinuses do steam inhalations.  This will also help to unblock the Eustachian Tube that is putting pressure on your ear drum.

To do a steam inhalation, get a bowl and pour in a kettleful of boiling water into it taking care not to get scalded.  Put some Vick or olbas oil into the hot water.  Bend your head over the bowl and cover your head and the bowl with a towel.  Breathe the steam in through your nose and out through your mouth.  Do this 4 times a day for a duration of 10 minutes each time.

Cut down the amount of dairy produce and milk if you have a lot of that, because it does stimulate production of mucus.

You can also get nasal sprays and tablets to decongest, but not everyone can take them.  Decongestants are not suitable some people, especially those that have high blood pressure.
