Do I have an eating disorder?

About a month ago I felt absolutely disgusted by my body (I'm a 16 year old ftm teenage boy) even though I'm average weight I feel like certain parts of my body stand out that I don't want to. I started eating less so that the body parts I don't like would get smaller and now I eat one meal a day or none but snack. I feel sick when I think of food and when I eat it. I've lost 5 pounds in the last week. I'm probably overreacting and it's probably not a big deal, just one of those things that happens. I also have a history of self harm which makes me think maybe its more serious idk

Hi  i dint think you have eating disorder this more common in females but the think that make your complain important is your previous history self harm and i think you are smart to mention this so regarding your previous history i think you are suffering some sort of anxiety which is common in your age and easy to manage dont worry and dont ignore it be confident and speak to  a doctor ...best wishes

You might have an eating disorder. My advice.... Start eating more. If you dont,
you'll lose weight and starve the body. You could soon get anorexia. If you think you have an eating disorder, eat more and tell your parents.
