Does anyone have any idea as to what this could be?

Hello, for about 4 months I've been dealing with lower back and lower abdominal pain, constipation and then a little diarrhea (not severe), slight unintentional weight loss, a runny nose (I don't have allergies!), Dull headaches, arm and leg aches, bloating, and belching. I do not have a fever or am sick. I have been tested for STDs and everything came back negative. About 3 months ago I had Mono and was treated and then I got Bacterial Vaginosis and was treated for that as well. I got BV again but it went away later without antibiotics. I have done about everything and anything to figure out what's wrong but no one will listen to me! I'm stubborn and am going in for more check ups no matter what but what could this be??

Could be a food intolerance. A food intolerance is a chemical reaction to certain foods (eg: gluten, lactose, caffeine, MSG). Besides lactose intolerance and celiac disease, there is no validated test to identify food intolerances. You would need to try an elimination diet.

The following are the most common symptoms of a food intolerance:

Bloating
Migraines
Headaches
Cough
Runny nose
Feeling under the weather
Stomach ache
Irritable bowel
Hives
