Does anyone know what’s wrong with my feet

Does anyone know what’s wrong with my feet, i’ve been helping my mum tile the bathroom so i’ve been standing on lots of sharp bits of tile. i didn’t feel it at all yesterday but once i got into bed the bottom of my feet started radiating heat and their so sensitive and burn when i walk on them, i just thought it was because i’ve been on my feet a lot so i ignored it but i’ve looked at the them this morning and i’ve never seen something like this before, it’s almost like a rash or irritation. i let my dog out to the toilet in the garden last night and i don’t really feel the cold so i just went out bare foot, it was -3 degrees and the floor was freezing, im wondering if it’s to do with that but i was only out for 5–10 minutes so surely that wouldn’t be the cause, Can anyone help me ?

Hello~I suggest seeing your GP or a Podiatrist, it is difficult to say what happened, but it needs to be checked.

You could have a sensitivity to the mastic (that's the "goo" that bonds the tile to the floor) or there could have been a cleaner on the tile that caused the rash and irritation.  And you really shouldn't go outside in bare feet when it's that cold.  I'd put some lotion on both of your feet - top and bottom.  If the rash doesn't go away in the next couple of days or so, see a foot doctor (a podiatrist) as soon as possible.
