Does this describe vertigo?

Hi everybody I am new and also seeking other opinions based on experience. I was diagnosed with Vertigo to months ago but lately I am getting this strange symptoms. I am extremely tired all day, blurry vision, numbness and tingling in my hands/feet. I am also getting shaking or tremors in my hand and sometimes ringing in my ear.

Hello~From your description, I would say you are having either small anxiety attacks or low blood sugar readings. Have you had your sugar levels tested recently? Hypoglycemia can give you the same symptoms you are describing. I would try avoiding all refined sugars, carbs and alcohol, eat 6 small protein meals a day, and take a good vitamin/mineral supplements that has dosages of "B" vitamins and chromium.
