EXCRUCIATING arm pain when sitting or lying down?

For the last two weeks I’ve had this aching/tingling right arm pain that reaches from my shoulder all the way down to my fingertips. Specifically from my rotators cuff to my middle, ring, and pinky finger. I’ve seen a chiropractor thinking it was referred pain from back pain but after seeing him a few times, he said there was nothing to correct. The pain is still there if not worse. I’m not really sure where to go from here... neurologist? Orthopedist?

The pain is preventing me from getting any sleep and I can’t take it anymore, I’m nearly delirious..

Is it while you lay in any particular position, or all?
And is it only while you are at rest and lying down, does anything else cause the pain?
Only laying down, in any position. It doesn’t hurt right away but it slowly gets more painful over a few minutes, I try to ignore it but it gets so badi can’t lay still and I have to stand up and walk around for about half an hour for the pain to start going away. I have an appointment with my doctor but it’s not for another 3 weeks.
