MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
A rash related to periods can be due to hormonal imbalance, exacerbation of dermatitis, H pylori infection, or due to exacerbation of fungal infection. Since you get them every 17 days, the cycle is very short. This can be due to hormonal imbalance, PCOD, or due to some problem in the lining of the uterus. It can even be due to uterine infection of some type.
Since I cannot examine you and know other related conditions you may be having, nor is a detailed history possible on net, I have listed the various possibilities that should be looked into. Please consult your gynecologist. Take care!
