weakness,shortness of breath, geart racing,palptations,

hi

i was reading through the posts, i am 31, i too am having the same symptoms started 10months ago

its weird because a weeks before i went oiut for a few drinks and was ok, i felt onf of my eyelids numb, droppy so i exercised a little, the next morning i woke up, tingling face, hands legs, its odd that many of you guys wake up and feel this. went drs they said its summer and your probably havin an allergy or comming down with a flu,
next few days i began to feel dizy too, constantly, with shortness of breath, feell my heart beating all over my body, i checked my blood pressure it was much lower then it normally is, m heart was constantly racing above 120 for that day too, finally after a few days i fainted and was taken hospital, they checked my sugar level it was very low too 2.5, they didnt do anything and just gave me buscuits, said everythin was fine.

i did notice that i had to eat to keep up what ever energy i had, also heat would make me feel worse with panic attacks. later on in a few weeks my eyes began to hurt and burn, i had photphobia too, this went on for weeks.months as i was waiting fora eye md, im on steroids which have helped the inflamation but im now left with floaters in my eyes, i can keep my energy levels, but somtimes i have to eat when i feel shaky.
have tested for diabetes neg
u &eblood test, believe thats the kidneys
ct scan of brain normal,
thyroid fine
iron fine
esr fine
fbc was fine
ultrasound of galbladder liver pancreas, was fine justt fatty liver due to my diet and drinking, but ive stopped all that
my chelestrol levels were slightly high, so working on reducing them too
i spoke to dr about hypoglycemia, she sent me for a fasting blood test, but thats al it was 5.6

im constantly brainfogged, feel like im on a boat too, weak, body feels heavy, somtimes shaky, can feel heart beating through out my body. get panic attaks shortness of breath, what ever it is, it had affected my eyes causing inflamation, floaters and at the begining caused low sugar and low blood pressure with racing heart.

anyone?

thanks for the reply, could it be linked with pancreaitis, because i do have pains in my upper middle stomach area and the right, get chronic diahrea, also stools are pale i had my liver checked thsat was fine,

im only saying this because of the pain i get, weakness nd it happened a week or so after i went for a drink, i heard pancreasitis can cause hypoglycemia symptoms too?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
This could be due to hypoglycemia, especially if taking sweet things or eating help you. Many women who suffer from hypoglycemia have polycystic disease of the ovary associated with insulin resistance. Increased insulin levels can cause hypoglycemia. Poor eating patterns too can be a cause. Other rare causes are insulin secreting tumors or insulinomas, and certain medications. It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage. You need a 24 hr glucose monitoring. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
