Feeling tired

Hi everyone, I used to be full of energy, I didn't feel fatigue even after hard work out, I had to read book or watch movies before sleep because it was hard for me to fall asleep.
About 70 days ago I had a flu like disease fir 3 or 4 days (fever, bodyache, fatigue, mouth sores, diarrhea, headache). After I got better I felt like I want to sleep all the time, all of these happens after a sexual intercourse, but I did many hiv tests include pcr test all were negative.
I did a full blood test, every thing include thyroid, liver enzymes are normal, normal urine analysis.
5 years ago I did many cbc blood tests, they were normal and my wbc was around 4.5 to 5.5 in all of them, but this test shows wbc around 6.4, mixed percentage of wbc was a little high.
My RBC is: 5.56 (normal range: 4.2_5.8)
And my hgb is :16.8 (normal range: 12-16).
My Mpv and P-Lcr are a little lower than normal too.
Any ideas?
What causes fatigue in me?
I don't know what is fatigue, I go to gym every day, I work 10 hours a day, but I feel uncomfortable there is a feeling that I think it's fatigue, because I want to sleep more than before, I fall asleep very soon in bed.
Help me please.
