Feeling weak

Hello I am 27 year old male.
I am a tuberculosis suspect I spit blood last week and went to emergency room, they performed an x-ray of my lungs found some small white circular spot near my left collar bone, the same spot I often feels pain while deep breathing.  I did the bacilloscopic tests in different places, one public and the other was private,  the public I did first, spitting blood mixed with yellow mucus,  but the results took one month saying positive, the private test took two days , but I did the test five days after spitting blood, I was just spitting clear mucus with small particles of puruilent material But the test was negative.  So im here suffering,  i have lost 20kg I was weighing 80kg, I feels weird and weaker most of the time, sometimes I can't even walk my head feels heavy , legs looks like is trembling, if I go to public places and looks around to feels some pressure in my eyes head, feeling like I will fall every time, I can't stand still in public without trembling legs.
This is annoying and I feels hopelessly, sometimes I wish physically pain over this weakness head sh1t

Don't go to the emergency room, see a regular doctor for more thorough follow-up and probably referral to specialists.
