Fluttering in stomach and head

I’ve been getting a weird fluttering, almost a palpitation feeling in my stomach and head for about a month and a half now.
I’ve been putting it down to dehydration whilst at work, but I’ve been drinking about 2 litres a day for a few weeks.
My medical history is nil, I stopped taking fluoxetine about a month ago and weaned myself off it, so I don’t know if it’s caused by that?

There are many possibilities including possibly just in your imagination from anxiously over examining your body so the first step would be a one on one with your doc if concerned, because no one can diagnose from here. Or if you are presently suffering from anxiety, try to relax and completely don't think about it for a few days and see if it is gone, in which case it was likely just in your imagination.
