Foggy brain

I am in full blown menopause, night sweats, hot flashes, mood swings and now I am having trouble concentrating. It is affecting my job, to the point that I am in jeopardy of losing my job. I took a round of hormones with no relieve. What I am looking for is something natural. I don't have insurance, so cost is an issue. Any suggestions?

                                                                                                                       Thanks

You should try increasing potassium and magnesium intake to see if that helps. Ensure or Glucerna shakes will help greatly if it is a deficiency of some kind. Ensure taste better but Glucerna is lower in sugar.
