General Health

I have had this feeling for 4 days now of wanting to defecate all the time, which usually gets worse after a meal or snack and I have to actually go to defecate so as to reduce the pressure. I am 25 yrs old and became sexually active febuary of last year. has had two sexual partners, candidiasis, gonorrhea and PID that reoccured once. I once ahd this back and stomach pain after the reoccured PID had been treated, but the doctor said I am okey. what is wrong with me?

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Urge to defecate can be due to parasitic infections like amoebiasis, giardiasis or due to IBS, Crohn’s, celiac, lactose intolerance or due to other intolerances.
The best thing would be to consult a general practitioner or PCP and try and assess what is the cause of your problem. Then proper referral for concerned specialist can take things further and get you proper treatment. Take care!
