Growing pain muscular ligament or tendon Need help!

After being on prednisones for two weeks for an allergic reaction I picked up a 70 pound generator and twisted my hips felt something tear the next day there was swelling in the groin and I could barely walk swelling in the left testicle and varicose vein‘s throughout the scrotum. That was seven months ago I’ve had an MRI of my hip which shows a slight tear in the labrum I have had a CAT scan which showed nothing of consequence in and a prior hernia repair from 1998 to still be intact. If I lift anything over 30 pounds I get tight in the groin area.  And soreness in my abdominal muscles as well as sometimes the hip the thigh and in my left Glute.  I also limp for a couple days but go back to normal after that . With an erection I have the same symptoms tightness in the growing from the base of the penis to the left hip and soreness  which lasts an hour. I’ve had an ultrasound which was inconclusive and I’m paying cash for an MRI of the groin and lower abdomen Thursday.  I’ve seen two orthopedic surgeons and three general surgeons no one seems to know what’s wrong with me I’m self-employed and I’ve had to hire someone to do all the heavy lifting just looking for any ideas of what it might be maybe a sports hernia a muscle tear a ligament tear tendon tear hoping the MRI should show something.
