Growth in nose and swollen tonsil

I have a red growth in my nose (noticed today)..  one of my tonsils are also swollen and it doesnt look right.. it has been for months. (it doesnt hurt)

I have also had terrible fatigue, joint pain all over, abdominal pain and so on...

here is a link to some pics showing the growth in my nose and swollen tonsil... also a pic of my slightly discoloured joints in fingers..      hi again Rhonda... my wife noticed today that I have a rather large bright red growth up my nose... im a little worried its related to my swollen tonsil..

here is a link to an online album showing pics of it... what do you think

I have included a pic of my swollen tonsil and my slightly discolored finger joints.

You should see an Ear Nose and Throat specialist anyway if you can afford it.  If not, see your regular doctor - he might be able to "burn" or "freeze" it off with silver nitrate.

The growth in your nose is a polyp.  These come from repeated sinus infections and can burst and cause a severe nosebleed.
I had mine removed by the Ear, Nose & Throat doctor.
Sometimes they can use silver nitrate to freeze it off.

     Wishing you the best
