I go to the doctor in March we've had to switch insurances -
Have you been checked to see if you have an underactive thyroid? That can cause problems with not being able to lose weight.
Another autoimmune disorder is rheumatoid arthritis and a blood test would confirm whether you have that.
With regard to your migraine problems, avoid coffee, oranges, red wine, cheese, chocolate. These are the main trigger foods for migraine sufferers. You may have a different trigger. Keep a food diary where you record everything that passes your lips to see if you can pinpoint a trigger food. Stress and anxiety can also cause migraine headaches.
Having Polycystic Ovary Syndrome will cause irregular menstrual cycles. Eating a healthy and well balanced diet with fresh fruit and vegetables will help. You may also find Evening Primrose oil helpful.
If you have not seen your doctor, make an appointment to see him. Jot down all your symptoms so as not to forget anything. This will help your doctor to find the cause of your symptoms. It may be all related to the PCOS, but you do require blood tests to rule out other possible causes.
Your blood pressure needs to be monitored too.
Let us know how you get on.
Best wishes.
First of all, address your diet. If you are eating diet foods and drinking diet sodas, stop! Aspartame poisoning is very real and very toxic.
You might want to have some blood work done - more than just a CBC. Tell your doctor about your aches and pains and suggest perhaps checking your ANA levels. From what you say, it sounds like you could have Lupus or Lyme disease.
Lupus is an autoimmune disease which causes all kinds of problems. Some doctors say that you should stay away from Nightshades: tomatoes, potatoes, mushrooms and eggplant.
Whether it really works or not, we don't know. (My daughter says if she eats tomatoes or tomato based products, she's in pain the next day - she has Lupus).
I sincerely hope you don't have Lupus, but a blood test and a visit to a Rheumatologist can determine that.
Wishing you the best
