Strange dryness, pain and bumps getting worse for past year

So since about July 2018, I’ve been experiencing strange symptoms that my docs can’t figure out,. It started with groinal pain that went away after a week. Shortly after, white spots started appearing on my mouth and haven’t gone away ever, more white spots every month. In nov, I. Exams severely dehydrated during a workout and was hospitalized 1 week for rhabdomyolysis. That’s when the dryness started. In my face and my lips. My lips have been completely dry , not chapped but absolutely dry since then for which I use aquaphor. That wasn’t too bad until the worst symptom appeared: red spots all over my lips that only show up when I eat, am stressed in the slightest or strangely when I engage in sexual activities. It resolves itself after about 30 minutes but it has my life hell. I can’t eat now unless I know I can be alone for the 30 minutes it takes for the red spots to go away. Already tested for sexual diseases and all negative. The last symptom appeared 2 days ago with chest pain about 3/10 for a few seconds every few minutes for the duration of those two days, and gets worse when I eat. Please help me it’s been ruining my life and I’ve become very depressed because of it.

Also forgot to mention the dryness on lips is so bad that if I happen to touch them even with the smallest amount of pressure, that red spot appears and has the same 30 min timer as the rest. I also break out anywhere on my face that I have even slightly touched. And it itches all the time so those breakouts are pretty much everyday.
