Head (brain) pressure, chest pains, heart skip or discomfort

Since November 13' I have not been myself. I have head pressure and dizziness and light headedness and heart discomfort. Some days when it's bad I almost faint or pass out. It is scary. Everyday I worry how bad the symptoms will be. I've had an MRI, blood work, ect and all came back fine. The doctor prescribe me anti bio tics and nasal spray thinking it's sinus infection or problems. The medicine has cleared my nasal congestion but the head pressure and heart discomfort is there. I'm 33 years old. I don't know what's going on. Need answers?!

you should be seeing a cardiologist..Did you medical doc. check your blood pressure lying, sitting and standing? If there is much of a difference between the mgm you might be experiencing orthostatic blood pressure.  Don't let your doc. ignore these symptoms..this is not "normal" Another factorthey should consider is atrial fib. this is when the electrical circuit in the heart is not firing as it should be.  Usually your heart rate is irregular and you may experience some anxiety, and not feeling well. Wishing you well and good luck..Hope you feel better soon.  God Bless Hugs/Smiles Cindi

Check blood pressure and sent me to a neurologist. He said vertigo:( I am scheduled for a halter (heart) monitor Tuesday thru Wednesday. Today the pressure in my head and discomfort in my heart isn't bad. But the day is still young. Thank you for your concern

Did they check your blood pressure?  I can't believe they haven't sent you to a cardiologist, those are the same symptoms that I had ,turns out I had very high blood pressure, but still they need to find out why you are like this, don't stop bugging them, that's not normal at all, for someone so young. Cheer up,I pray they will find out!!
