Headaches/Ear Itching

Hi, I have frequent headaches and left ear itching plus constant fatigue.  I am taking Ferrous Sulphate which helps a little with the fatigue.  I also have thrush which doesn't imrpove with typical Canesten/fluconazole type treatments.  Any help would be great.  Thank you.

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Headaches and itching in ear could be due to allergies, sinusitis or due to fungal infection. Various reasons for recurrent fungal infection is incomplete treatment, treatment resistance, co-existing dermatitis, diabetes and low immunity. Please discuss with a dermatologist and take the full course of treatment preferably with a combination of antifungals to prevent resistance. Get your blood sugar tested.
Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

Thank you for your answer.  I am also taking Citalopram so is there any problem with taking anti-fungals at the same time as this?  I do also get recurrent psoriasis, but that is usually at times when I am more stressed.  Thank you for your help.
