The pain in your back could be from stress or overexertion. Either way your muscles have tightened up. The tightened muscles are probably compressing a nerve in your shoulder causing the numbness. The pain in your tongue is probably from something you have done while focusing on the pain in your back. First if the pain is due to stress, leave your current situation (at least temporally) and go somewhere or do something that is relaxing and not stressful. If that helps, do it more. If from overexertion, you need to rest your back. Take frequent rests. If lying down, do so on a firm support. Lying on a very firm (hard) mattress or the floor. Rest only until you feel like getting up ie. don't stay in bed or the floor, unless you are down for the night. Sleep on what have been lying down on. Also don't pick up anything heavier that what a child can pick up. Keep this up for several days. Your back should feel better each day. If it continues in pain see a doctor. There may be more than stress or overexertion causing your pain.

That used to be old thinking.
For a few years now the remedy for a bad back was to do gentle movements, unless of course you can't move at all and have slipped a disc. Take pain relief and anti-inflammatories if you are OK with that. Gentle massage also helps. You may find a heat pack helps, if not then a cold compress.
Lower back pain can also be from menstrual cycle problem, and sometimes urinary problems.
With the numbness in your right arm, if it is the arm that is feeling numb this will be pinching of a nerve in the upper spine shoulder area. A physiotherapist can relieve that.
If it is your wrist and hand that is the problem then that can be from carpal tunnel problems.
The pain in the tip of your tongue is more than likely nothing to do with your muscular skeletal problem.
If you symptoms have not settled, it is a good idea to see your doctor.
