Help please I have right side pain post gastric bypass. Any ideas please?

I am 8 years post gastric bypass. Lost 110 lbs. Then had gall bladder removed. I have other neck and arthritis pain issues which I take tramadol for. Recently I have had really bad headaches with tremors. The doctor first gave me predisdone for nine days... Did not do anything. Then he gave me depakote which has helped with the twitches and tremors. But I still have the headache and roaring in my head. Now I am getting sudden pain on my right side just below my ribs. Only way to get rid of it is to drink a cup of gaviscon. Also have had malabsorbtion issues. I have had high liver # before).I had a liver biopsy a year ago and it was fine. I do not drink alcohol anymore. Could it be pancreas or kidney etc. Any ideas... It seems like the docs don't listen long enough to get the full story. Please help.
