Hi. Experiencing low grade fever just in the evenings. 99.0 to 99.4

This all started with a mild pain in my ear when I used to yawn and slight throat infection. After that I discover a slight swelling behind my ear and enlarged lymph nodes in my neck which were tender and not painful. I went to the doctor and he told me the nodes could be due to hair coloring which I had gotten done 2 days before the discovery of nodes. After completing the course the nodes have gone down. There is just one remaining next to the base of the left side of my neck. But its really tiny now, almost non existent. However I have been getting low grade fever at night and also peeling of skin on my fingers. What should i Do?
