High mono and EOS

Labs:
EOS % (0-7): 7.6H
Mono% (2-10): 13.3H
EOS x/L (0-0.5): 0.42
Mono x/L (0.1-0.9): 0.75

My EOS levels have been fluctuating between high and normal for a few years now, but my monocytes always came back normal until now. I'm also currently hypothyroid / low FT4 (Hashimoto's related and I'm on desiccated thyroid) and I have a rash on my arms that looks like Figure 3 here: https://www.dermatologyadvisor.com/home/decision-support-in-medicine/dermatology/sarcoidosis-cutaneous-sarcoidosis/. I've had this itchy rash on and off for over 6 months.

Does anyone know what these test results mean? Should I be concerned?
