Horrible bloating and weight gain! Help please

About 7 months ago I weighed 134 as I have for 6 years now. I started dating a wonderful man, and now 7 months later I weigh 167 and am so bloated its rediculous. I don't believe I'm pregnant because my "friend" visits me monthly and I took a hpt that came back negative.i haven't been eating anything out of the ordinary if anything a tiny bit more then I used to. This is getting extremely frustrating. I am 20 years old and I'm so confused I don't know what to think or do I have no insurance and no one to help me and No job right now . advice anyone?

Jesse maybe you have been just a little excited with your new man, and you got comfortable now that he is in your life. Do you two go out to eat a lot? If so maybe you two should start cooking at home more often that going out all of the time. Substitute water instead of juice, sweet tea, and sodas. Maybe you and him could also go for some strolls around the block or at a park after dinner or just whenever. Just add a little bit more activity to your schedule. The same thing happened to me, which is why I could relate and offer you these suggestions. Be blessed!

Jesse,  this is kind of a crisis.  That is a LOT of unexplained weight gain.  Is it well-distributed weight (some on your arms,  breasts,  abdomen,  buttocks,  thighs) or is it only in your abdomen - like you look pregnant?
