Once every 2 years, I get extremely dizzy and vomit uncontrollably for 3-4 days.

Hello! I get extremely dizzy, throw up for hours and have a weird feeling to where, if I see anything (I have my face covered completely when I'm dizzy) I will immediately lose control and have to hold my head to keep from spinning. I know when it is about to happen because I get this sudden, indescribable rush that seems to come from my chest and shoot up into my head causing me to almost curl up in a ball. If I'm walking, I have to stop and hold my head. If I'm laying down, I have to hold my head. Oh and I can't even walk to the bathroom by myself at these times. It's a huge uncertainty as to if I will make it there without falling to the floor, head in hands.

This issue has occurred 3 times. The first time was in October 2016, then in May 2018 and then again in January 2020. Each time the dizzy spells occur upon waking up, followed by vomiting that lasts until I receive  Zofran (ondansetron). Once, the vomiting returned every hour on the hour for 16 hours straight. At the time of these episodes, I'm never on any medications.

Recently I did a little research of my own and found that, during these times, and ONLY during these times, I suddenly have high levels (over 80) of white blood cells, low levels (.8 and under) of lymphocytes and NO (truly, 0.00) eosinophil present in the blood tests.

My question, do you know why this is happening? What is the scientific, medical correlation between the aforementioned blood results?

I'm very grateful for your help! :)
