I am in serious pain

Hello,
I have been in pain since I was 10 years old. I have had muscle pain and weakness. My legs want to give out on me. My mom had muscular distrophy so they tested me for that they said I don't have it. I have always had a problem with being tierd so tierd I couldn't do anything. Doctors say its depression. I know some of it is but some of it is just to rediculous to be just depression. When I got sick everything was 10 times worse. I am still having that problem but Now I have new problems. I am swollen under my breasts and swell up kind of under my kneck from time to time. I get what feels like a sinus infection. Then when I swell under my breast I feel like I have a lump and I can't breathe. My eye twitches and I have pain in the back of my head and numbness in my spine. I get either diaria or I get constipation. I spot on my period and bleed pretty much a whole month. When I am on it feels like everything is falling out of my body kind of wierd. My lower back hurts and on up. My chest hurts and I can't breathe. I also had an in grown toenail which I have had for a long time. I searched through the internet and found out I have staph infection not sure if thats the cause of everything. I may have had this staph infection for a year or more. The doctors confirmed that. Then they said I may have Irritable bowel syndrome and maybe an ulcer they also wanted to check me for an ulcer but their procrastinating. I have a 4 year old little girl and I was working for my mom which made the job easier and she died now I don't have a job and need one but I am in to much pain to work. I don't know what to do and the damn doctors think they no it all but I had to figure out that I had the staph infection on my own but I need some guidance my body feels like its breaking all over what  do you think it is?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Unexplained aches and pains coming on and off could be due to fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, Crohn’s disease, H pylori infection, anemia, liver disorders, diabetes, hypothyroidism, Vit B12 or Vit D deficiency and due to calcium or magnesium deficiency. It can also be due to sleep related disorders. In women it can be due to hormonal disturbances related to PCOD.
Since you also have diarrhea and constipation, Lupus and Crohn's should be ruled out first.
Please consult your PCP for primary examination followed by proper referral.
Take care!
