I feel something moving in my foot, what could it be?

About 2 months ago, i felt a sharp pain on my right foot and when i reached out to feel what it was i felt a spider at where i felt the pain. A tiny tiny spider. I didn't pay much attention to it because i didn't think it was the spider that bit me. A few days after,my foot was swollen and really painful, i used an antihistamine cream on it and massaged it. The swell reduced, but the pain has been lingering since and worse, i occasionally feel something crawling on my skin, i shake my leg to get it off when it happens but then i realised that it actually happened under my skin! What could it be? Please help.

Hello~I hope by now you are feeling better and that the strange feelings have stopped, if not, I suggest you see your GP, that bite could still be causing the trouble as there may have been a very small amount of venom in it

Thank you. I saw a doctor but he dismissed the spider bite and said it's all in my head or it could be my nerves. He gave me vitamin b denk for my nerves but the pain is still there.
See another doctor until you get a satisfactory answer.
Thank you. I will
