I have a blister on my foot that is healing, does it sound infected or normal?

I was recently breaking in a new pair of quad skates and the boot was not formed to my foot at first causing a massive blister to form. The blister popped and now whats left is open, raw skin. The parts around the outside of the wound that were originally raw appear to be kind of pink-ish now and regrowing. The rest, a smaller but deeper abrasion has formed a kind of light yellowish scab over itself. the wound has been bandaged with neosporin when im wearing shoes or anything, and has been left uncovered when at home (It is bandaged when I go to bed). I have washed it every day in a warm tub with soap and applied and then very gently lathered the soap on it and rinsed. Pain is present when I wake up, when I wash it the pain typically lessens. The ankle above the abrasion is slightly swollen but I believe this was just due to the skate itself not being fully broken in yet (I have been actively doing this all week with the wound present and after I fixed my boot nothing seemed to get any worse). If needed I can try to post a picture. Thanks in advance.

Just from what you posted it sounds like it is healing fine to me. Just keep treating it the way you have been. The different colors are normal, it is result of keeping it moist and covered.
