I have multiple symptoms, not sure what it can be?

Before I go into my question, I just joined and would like to say hello! Wishing everyone a healthy new year.

As for the symptoms (different situations so I will number them - I am a 19 year old male, 5'4", 108 lbs).

(1) I have been experiencing chest pains that go off and on since November. When it first happened in November, my chest hurt IMMENSELY. It hurt for a good 5 hours. Ever since then, I have been experiencing some sort of chest discomfort. I can go many days or even a week or so without my chest hurting, but it will always come back (just not as bad as the first time). I also suffer from random episodes of tachycardia. Both of these symptoms have been settling down for the most part, thankfully. They do not happen as often. I am going to a cardiologist and he said my blood pressure is fine, and I went to get my blood checked out. My total cholesterol is 192, which it says is high, but my HDL cholesterol is 82, my triglycerides is 60, and LDL cholesterol is 98. I went to the hospital in November and they took a chest x-ray and said everything was fine (they checked to see if my heart was enlarged). I've also had 2 EKGs done on me.

The first EKG showed that I had sinus tachy (it was about ~110bpm so it wasn't too bad) and a possible right ventricular conductor delay. My second EKG came out fine.

Additionally, it said my bilirubin level is high (1.4). Not sure what this could mean, but nonetheless, answers would be nice! (about both my bilirubin levels and chest pain overall).

---

(2) For almost the past year now, whenever I bend down or lift something up, I feel some sort of pain on my lower right side (about 10-12 inches below my armpit? and under my ribs). It feels like there's a ball or something protruding, however whenever I massage or inspect the area I do not feel anything lumpy or bulging out. I'm going to get it checked out tomorrow, but what could it be? A hernia? Or a pull muscled that never healed? Hopefully not a tumor. :(

Thank you for reading my question! Answers as to why my chest might hurt and what the pain on my right side could be would be nice!

Not a heart expert but the bilirubin is a product made from broken down blood cells in the liver. It is used to make bile for digestion but I believe your blood bilirubin is high. This could mean your liver is not functioning as properly. If you see signs of yellowing skin/eyes then there would be a serious problem. Look up Jaundice online if that is the case.

As far as your right sided pain goes. It could be any number of muscles but as you have described it being "10 inches from armpit on right side". Sounds like in the area of your liver to me.
