I know something's wrong

Im 41 male, suppose I'm slightly a few pounds overweight but not obese. It all started over a year and a half ago.
I've had the same symptoms the entire time.
Indigestion, I feel like I need to burp all the time, as soon as I wake and throughout the day, but i am incapable of burping have been my whole life (I know weird). Ive never really suffered heart burn. Gassy at times, and gurgling stomach noises, especially within minutes of eating or even during. And yes I chew my food thouroghly and slowly making sure I'm not gulping air. I have this feeling in my upper left abdomen, just under my rib line. I hate to call it pain because it isn't painful just uncomfortable and almost always noticeable. At times I have mild lower back aches, and mild pain behind both, but not necessarily at the same time, shoulders. They don't seem to coincide with the upper left abdominal discomfort. I feel lightheaded most of the time some days worse than others, but not to the point of dizziness. My skin feels itchy a lot. My stool is sometimes normal consistency and color, but mostly it is formed but very soft, sometimes lighter brown almost yellowish at times, 50/50 it will float or sink, doesn't ever appear fatty, occasional diahrea with mucous, but never constipated, and never clay, blood, or tarry. Urine has been darker than usual, but not brown, orange, or pink. Urine frequency is normal, no pain or burning, no dribble or discharge.

I've been to see doctors I don't know how many times, I've had I don't know how many blood and urine tests, 2 ultra sounds, a ct scan, nothing shows up out of the ordinary. My diet is actually pretty good especially in the last year and a half, no soda, I have a beer or 2 a week on average. I have gone 100% gluten free a couple of times once for 30 days with no improvement, I have tried a corn free diet for 2 weeks with no improvement. I've been tested for celiac, and dairy intolerance, negative. I'm not diabetic.

Doctors don't have a clue, they guess IBS. I just don't buy that. All meds prescribed for IBS have had no effect.

At first I would scour the internet hoping to find answers only to become freaked out that it was pancreatic or some other form of cancer, so I stopped looking long ago. I suppose this inquiry is a form of that but just wondering if anyone else has suffered similarly and found answers.

There are 7 noted causes of yellow stools and upper left side abdominal pain:

Common:
Gastritis

Somewhat common:
Peptic Ulcer Disease
Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

Uncommon:
Chronic Pancreatitis
Pancreatitis

Rare:
Pancreatic Cancer
Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome

My mother had severe gastroesophageal reflux disease, (GERD) and painful gastritis (although in her case bile gastritis) and both conditions eventually went away when she stopped the drug nexium and started taking betaine HCL (hydrochloric acid) with pepsin supplements and digestive enzymes supplements.

There are lots of clinical studies that show taking proteases (enzymes that digest protein) significantly speeds up healing of ulcers, gastritis, and wounded tissue.

Hello~As I read what you wrote, the first thing that came to my mind was "Candida". Candida=This is a form of yeast infection in the gut, it can cause the symptoms you are describing and it can be very tricky to catch, usually a stool sample is the best way. Here is a great link to some info about it: https://www.thecandidadiet.com/candida-symptoms/      There are other good sites as well.

I would discuss this with your doctor and ask for a stool specimen test. You can also help yourself by avoiding all yeast, sugar, wheat and glutton products, the Candida yeast loves to live in the environment that these food produce. Also, take a good, high potency probiotic to put friendly bacteria in your gut. Cut out any alcohol beverages and smoking as well.

It can take awhile to get rid of, but once on the correct protocol, you will be on your way to recovery.

I really thought that my problems were candida overgrowth at first, and it still possibly could be, but I have taken 2 stool tests for this over the last year and a half. Supposedly the levels were not elevated.
