Immediately, next day in morning , i notice my throat feel very dry and when brushing teeth and tongue and notice that there are trace of blood from my throat ( i confirmed is not from my gum)  .  Has been a month from now .  Had seen the  ENT , everything was fined , i don't have sore throat or cough .... Just dont understand where this bleeding is from. Did anyone know what happen?

Maybe you have eaten something that has caused an injury to your throat , do you eat wraps or those flat breads my mum stopped eating them caused they caused her to choke and gave her unbelievable pain in her throat the doctor told her not to eat  them as sometimes it can get stuck and cause choking and pain.
Maybe take note of what your eating stick to soft types of food none that can injury your throat.

When flying, the air in the cabin is quite dry, and prolonged flights can cause a very dry throat/cough and may be the reason which led to some irritation and possible light bleeding. If the ENT cannot find anything, this is most likely the reason. Are you a smoker? Has the bleeding continued everyday? If no to these questions, I would say look at your diet. Are you eating anything spicy or unusual while on vacation?
