I'm always hot & sweat like mad. TEMPERATURE REGULATION

Though I've always "run hot" and had a body temp of 96.3 I'm 7 years into continuous non-stop over heating. (44yo female in menopause 14 years) I feel like a foundry is running inside of me! The moment I do the smallest action, example wash a few dishes, I'm sweating like I've been chopping wood in August. It then takes 1-4 hours of complete inaction to stop. I've had to give up wearing makeup. My glasses are always filled with sweat & fogged (can't wear contacts can't afford surgery!) My face turns red/purple as I'm extremely fair. My hair is wet to the scalp. I've been tested 3x for thyroid told I'm negative. Was told hyperhidrosis but the symptoms don't match. I haven't been able to wear a coat or sweater even in below zero temps the whole time! I was diagnosed with Metabolic Syndrome around this same time, but told it wasn't causing my temperature regulation issues. It's not only miserable but humiliating. People look at me so strangely purple faced dripping sweat at the grocery with 2 feet of snow and ice on the ground, assuming I'm on street drugs like meth! I feel sick and nauseous the entire time I'm hot and sweating. It's ruining my life! All Doctors scoff at this, they don't make a beautiful meal only to be so overheated from doing so that I can't eat with my family but 4 hours later, right before bed! I have to wear all black as my entire body is slick with copiously dripping sweat 90% of my life. The sweat ruins my clothes and I'm constantly having to buy new shirts specifically. To top it off, anything but a shower with ONLY cold water makes me sweat as described. Try taking an ice cold shower every single day. It's awful and you don't feel clean. I do have severe anxiety but my anxiety sweat smells vicious and if isn't full body. This is getting worse month by month, and all the specialists I wait months to see roll their eyes and show me the door. Meds I was given to control perspiration for hyperhidrosis did nothing at all. (Glycopyrrol)
Does anyone else experience this? Do you feel hot from the inside? Have you gotten a true diagnosis or found anything while researching? I always get hyperhidrosis and that's just not what's wrong!
Thanks!

Oh man, that stinks!  I also have some hormonal things going on and have the hots/colds and everything in between but it's only been a couple of years.  I'm older than you.  I wonder, to be honest, if you are not experiencing more of a hormonal imbalance than actual menopause.  I say that because wow, you are young and while it can start young, dealing with it for 14 years is not typical starting in your 30's (unless I misread the timing you speak of). Have you had blood work to confirm menopause?  Truthfully, your thyroid could also be causing this!!  You need a thyroid check.   My dear friend who finds hot flashes to be her nightmare ( I don't like it but deal better than her, I guess) uses an over the counter product for it.  It's called Estrven.  She swears by it but I have not tried.

Anyway, I'm assuming you've had a full physical with lab work?
