I'm experiencing chtonic chest pain with atypical symptoms

About 9 weeks ago I went to the ER with chest pain after thinking I had aspirated something abut a week before.
Xray came back that nothing was in my chest and no signs of pnumonia, and ekg and a blood clot test were also done showing normal. My BP and bpm were high but it was the ER so that's not unusual.
I'm still experiencing chest pains, as well as fatigue, and I feel winded/sore performing simple tasks.
It hurts more (or is closer to a stabbing more localized pain) when I lean forward or lay on my stomach. Which leads me to believe its not angina.
It has been affecting my work performance and overall lifestyle choices. But I don't want to keep going to doctors and have them run similar tests to tell me I have a sore muscle or pleurisy (which I do get. But they feel different and don't last as long as this). -I posted this is respiratory disorders initially because is didn't see this community. I'd also add thatthat there is no pain when pressure is applied and only very recently have discolored and thick phlegm, and only very minute.
