Sorry Bob, two misspellings from me. 1: it's WebMed not WebBed hahaha. 2:
It's Medhelp not Mendel?! What is that...hehe.
Good luck Bob, Penjaz

A lot of suggestions given to you Bob. I think you can't go wrong with vitamins supplement. Look up Chronic fatigue syndrome,  also  with it neromediated hypotension. What you describe sounds so like both and they usually go together. With Chronic Fatigue, sleep does not help and with your heart changes there are meds to regulate it.
Look these up, good sites are 1: Center for Disease Control, 2 WebBed, I'm sure Mendel must have info too. I hope to hear what you think.
Wish you the best, you can get better!  Hope it's soon !

You may be suffering from mold toxicity.
Check your environment for any mold, especiallly HIDDEN mold..under carpets, floors, inbetween walls or under wall paper, HVAC system (vents), decaying vegitation around windows/doors.  You do not have to see or smell mold to have a mold problem in your environment that can cause your exact symptoms.  You are not crazy.  You do not need psych meds and I suggest discontinuing them asap as these are extremely toxic.  Look this up on a google search and you will see that many people with mold exposure have your identical symptoms.  I did.

You may have to move and you may have to get rid of anything porous depending on the severity of your situatuon.  The good news is once you are away from the mold, you feel instantly better.  Bad news...the longer you are exposed, the more sensitized you become and can end up with multiple chemical sensitivity.  No medication is required.  Some take closteremine or charcoal or clay but really environment is the key factor.

Hello, I am so sorry you are going through all this. Many years ago, I experienced the exact same feelings. After visiting many doctors, it was discovered that I had  the following wrong: Multiple food allergies, severe vitamin B deficiency and when I was recommend to see a chiropractor, it was discovered that an area in my neck was severely out of alignment. Well, when I got all of this issues fixed, I started to get better. I still have flare ups, but that is usually when I am not taking care of my self like I should.
I share this as I feel this could be your problem as well. Please give some of this a try, it might help.

Get blood tests.

Check vitamin D3. 25OH Vitamin D test.
Check hemoglobin and ferritin.

Low vitamin D and low magnesium can cause these symptoms.
I have Low vitamin D and was anemic (still iron deficient) and suffered how you are, still have some symptoms,

48 HEAT BEAT IS WAY TO LOW. MIGHT BE OK FOR SLEEPING BUT STILL LOW.
it sounds like maybe you need to seet a heart dr. maybe you need a pace maker like my husband did. are you diabetic, if so do you eat right? are you checking your sugar like your sposed to? you don't say your age, or ifyou are on any other medications?
please make an apt with a new dr. or if you must, when you are feeling your worst, call an ambulance, have them take you to the ER, and run test, when its really bad. good luck
