Try Transdermal Magnesium. Its Magnesium chloride spray. You could use it everyday all over your body. Magnesium helps restless leg syndrome and leg cramps. I use it for cramps. My sis in law uses it for pain in the groin area. It helps. when you spray it on, it goes thru the skin to your blood to the cells where its needed .. 94% of the population accdg. to studies is low on Magnesium, this is one way to get your supplementation.  There is no overdose on Mg spray, your body will only absorb what it needs. For better info, search :You tube transdermal Magnesium ; Dr M  Sircus. So much to learn for yourself and your family. Everyone should be on Magnesium supplementation, oral and or transdermal. Magnesium Chloride is actually ocean water where the salt has been removed. It will be a little sticky , feels like you were in the ocean.. depends on the brand . I have gotten used to it. Amazon has it and read the reviews. Good luck in your search for health.

You might want to try some supplements like Potassium and Magnesium.  Many people suffer from cramps and spasms from a lack of these minerals.
They are available at drug stores.

You might want to talk to a doctor before using Potassium as it can cause problems if you take the wrong amount. - It is a salt substitute.
