Looks rather normal. A high RBC count would indicate you have some bleeding somewhere, like cystitis or nephrolithiasis. A high WBC would indicate you inflammation from somewhere. And a few bacteria is of no concern, all of us have some bacteria down there. However if a culture grew 100,000 CFU of a single bacteria that would be an indication of UTI, but that's not your case. So, yes, your UA looks normal.
