Is this a heart attack?

I need a professional help please!!
I was in a middle of conversation, and I got really Angry. I yelled for about 20-30 secs I soon calmed down. But afterwards, I felt as though I was punched in my chest, and I got pain at my back. It is now 29 hours after the incident. I work out, eat healthy, and don't smoke. I'm 24 years, and had an Echogram done last month, which was sane.

This sounds like an angina attack.  Angina is chest pain or discomfort that occurs when an area of heart muscle doesn't get enough oxygen rich blood. Pain typically lasts 1 to 15 minutes. Cause of angina include coronary artery disease, exertion or physical exercise, strong emotion such as anger or excitement, cold temperatures, eating a large meal.  Symptoms of a heart attack tend to last more than 15 minutes.
