Is this in my head?

for a month or 2 now I've been having weird symptoms that can't figure out. I am fatigued more and more (to a point that is ridiculous), I feel like my hormones do a week before my period (sensitive, tired etc..) all month, my vision is getting bad very quickly, I am having a lot of trouble spelling things (easy stuff...i just can't remember). It began to alarm me when i wrote my boyfriend of almost 3 years'  name wrong...it was a weird feeling. My brain just couldn't remember what to do. This is has been happening more and more often and its becoming increasingly harder for me to read and comprehend and its impossible for me to write without a spell check of some sort. I'm 21 and I feel like I'm going senile.... am i just nuts? what the hell could this be?

Hi!

I suggest you go visit your doctor and tell him every little symptom you may be experiencing... are you eating well, drinking enough fluids? Have you checked yourself for anaemia or some vitamin or iron deficiency?
Just visit your GP and he can tell you what kind of tests you should take.

Best of luck! :)

Its weird because If I didn't know better of it, i'd think i was pregnant too! The first month this happened I was sure of it. Seems like I have all the symptoms of pregnancy without being pregnant....

Sounds like you are experiencing some cognitive problems. If you are under any kind of stress things like this can happen. Give that some thought...like if you've had any major life changes, divorce, lawsuit, etc. If yes...it could be the stress. If persists tell you doc. If no, then go see a doc now. It's not normal. Do you have any other type of symptoms? Like weakness or slurred speech when this is happening?

Sorry...just saw where you mentioned vision problems. You could have something that is putting pressure on your eyes or the nerves around them. See an eye doc to test your vision. That's not a symptom to take lightly. I'd see a doc asap.

Have a full physical done complete with blood tests that include liver and kidney function...Pay close attention to calcium and iron (ferretin) levels...anemia, electrolyte problems, hypoglycemia, and thyroid problems could all be culprits...Your body is telling you something is going on and it needs to be looked at...
