Hello,
I'm 17 years old and have been experiencing brain fog for a very, very long time now. I've had memory problems, problems with Spacial awareness, and sometimes problems talking. I usually get 6-8 hours of sleep every night of the week, except weekends where I get a little more sleep. Sleep doesn't seem to affect my brain fog. I also am active, regularly exercising once a week. Could you please tell me what's wrong with me and what I can do about it?
