Itchy raw labia before period

I am 29 y/o, white, good vaginal and menstrual health (so far), & childless.
For the past few months, about 2 weeks before my period I have a very raw and dry feeling labia and inner lips area. When I wipe, it feels like I'm wiping with sandpaper. I'm not dry inside. I do have normal, clear lubrication discharge. No smells, no "cheese". When I pee, it feels like fire. I have checked and it's NOT an UTI or yeast infection. I have a healthy diet and am not over weight. I have never had a STD and it has been 3 months since my last sexual encounter. Also I never stay in wet bathing suits and use cotton panties and unscented pads and tampons. I never use soap around my genitals. Is this a normal PMS symptom that comes with age? It usually goes away by time I start bleeding (I think the lube of the blood helps). I've been using Vaseline for relief since regular KY or vaginal cream burns. Just..what is going on!?!?! Thanks in advance if I do not reply in a short time,

Yeah if this has been happening around the same time every month you could just have a dryness issue but even though your last sexual partner was 3 months ago many STDs don't show symptoms for some time if at all. Definitely go to the gyno. Best wishes.

aslong as you ruled out UTI , i think dryness down there may cause a very small tear in your vagina that made you very sensitive and feel very irritated ,.

That tear will heal in 2 or 3 days . After that use lubricants to avoid severe dryness .
