Hello, Community! I had an ectopic pregnancy in 2012 and since then I have had a pain in my LLQ which became severe in 2020. Also in 2020, I began having GI issues, mostly vomiting and diarrhea whenever I ate. Feelings of fullness easily, stomach pain, cramping and bloating. I underwent an ectopic removal in 2016 and again in 2018, my gallbladder removed in 2020 (gallstones were found in an xray), as well as a laparoscopy to see the cause of the abdominal pain (adhesions removed) and a colonoscopy, endoscopy, hydrogen breath test, SIBO, ... you name it. Hysterectomy completed with left oophorectomy in 2022. Blood work, urine and stool show unremarkable results over the years, less high cholesterol. Low alpha-galactosidase levels in one blood test, then normal. I suffer from vertigo, still the GI symptoms, constant pain in my abdomen not only in the LLQ which has lessened since the hysterectomy, but is constant in most quadrants, lower back pain, migraines, kidney stones, pain and numbness in my arms, pain in the tops of my legs, occasional ringing in ears, pain when speaking loudly or moving quickly, fatigue, malaise, cold intolerance, and difficulty seeing at night. The diarrhea has lessened with the intake of prescription medicine, but with the lack of, it persists. I had an episode where my chest seized up after eating which was painful and scary. The rhythym of my heart tends to change without stressors. I am due to take an emptying test to check for gastroparesis and will work with a geneticist to check for possibly Fabry's disease as I have been researching that lately along with peripheral neuropathy. Is anyone familiar with these symptoms collectively and know of any other tests or diagnoses that I should speak with my doctor about? All of the common problems have been eliminated so I am seeking help from the rare disease community. I hope to find an answer so that I can begin to feel better. Thank you in advance!
